More than 40 thousand visitors visited Dong Nai Ceramics - Hot Air Balloon Festival 2025

According to the assessment of the Organizing Committee of the Dong Nai Ceramics - Hot Air Balloon Festival 2025, this is an important cultural, economic and tourism event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification; welcome the 14th National Party Congress and the 12th Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; honor traditional ceramics, connect heritage with modernity, spread the cultural identity of Bien Hoa - Dong Nai to all parts of the country and internationally.

The festival attracted more than 40 thousand people and tourists to visit, experience and admire hot air balloons as well as ceramic artworks. The festival also contributed to the success in promoting and honoring the cultural, historical and artistic values ​​of Bien Hoa traditional pottery, while promoting the development of tourism and trade economy of Dong Nai.

Ceramics - Hot Air Balloon Festival with outstanding activities including: Ceramics exhibition organized on a scale of over 3 thousand m², gathering the participation of units and ceramic artisans from 5 provinces and cities famous for ceramics such as: Thanh Ha ceramics (Quang Nam), red ceramics (Vinh Long), Bau Truc ceramics (Ninh Thuan), Binh Duong ceramics and indispensable is the famous Bien Hoa ceramic line. In addition, there are activities: Special exhibition "Hundred years of Bien Hoa ceramics", introducing more than 200 unique ceramic artifacts and works of art; discussion "Solutions to preserve and develop traditional ceramics in the integration period" ...

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung emphasized that this Festival is not only an opportunity to review the history of more than 300 years of Bien Hoa pottery, but also an opportunity to connect the past, present and future. Recognizing the hands of traditional craftsmen, the creativity of young people, designers and new technology in pottery production.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung affirmed that Dong Nai province will invest and support more strongly for the sustainable development of the ceramic industry. At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes for the contest "Logo design, brand identity of Bien Hoa - Dong Nai Traditional Pottery Festival" and the photography contest "Design ideas and decoration of traditional pottery products" to the winners.
