Honda Vietnam announced the results of the 2024 Excellent Salesperson Competition

(Dan Tri) - Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) organized the Final Round of the Honda Automobile Distributor Excellent Salesperson Competition 2024 with 20 teams nationwide.

The 2024 Excellent Salesperson Competition is held with the desire to motivate and encourage the product consulting team and internal training instructors to further improve their knowledge and professional skills to effectively apply them to work practices, satisfying customers' expectations.

The 16th Excellent Salesperson Competition attracted the participation of more than 600 product consultants and more than 100 internal training instructors from Honda automobile distributors nationwide. The contestants went through three rounds of intense competition with knowledge and skills tests for product consultants and internal training instructors.

Based on customer evaluation from the management board of the Automobile Business Division - Honda Vietnam Company, the 20 best teams, each team consisting of 1 product consultant and 1 internal training instructor, were selected to participate in the Final round held in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

At the end of a tense competition period, the best individuals and distributors were honored.

The awards for the category of Distributor with the best achievements went to Honda Auto Hanoi - My Dinh (Champion); Honda Auto Hanoi - Tay Ho (1st Runner-up) and Honda Auto Dong Thap - Cao Lanh (2nd Runner-up).

The Excellent Salesperson Competition is held annually, becoming a useful playground for sales consultants and internal trainers to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, communication and situation handling abilities. The program also creates a premise to encourage the improvement of customer service quality in the customer care process at the distributor.

The Excellent Salesperson Contest has contributed to improving customer satisfaction and trust in the Honda brand, helping to spread "The Joy of Shopping" to more customers across the country.
