Hong Anh and Hua Vi Van return in "Blood Moon Party 8"

Two actors who contributed to the success of Blood Moon Party will return in the project Blood Moon Party 8, the work is scheduled to be released on April 30, 2026.

The project "Blood Moon Feast 8" has just revealed the identities of the first actors participating in this project. The film brings together a cast of talented actors in Vietnamese cinema, with Hong Anh and Hua Vi Van being the two names receiving the most attention. This is because, 5 years ago, the two had a great working relationship in the film "Blood Moon Feast ," contributing to its success with a revenue of over 170 billion VND.

Along with two veteran names, Lien Binh Phat, Miu Le and Quynh Ly will also be participating in the Blood Moon Party 8 .

This will be Lien Binh Phat's next role on the big screen after winning the Best Actor award at the 2025 Golden Bell Awards (Taiwan, China).

The film is directed by Phan Gia Nhật Linh, who previously served as the producer for Blood Moon Party . Meanwhile, veteran filmmaker Charlie Nguyễn serves as the producer for this project.

The producers stated that they wanted to offer a feast of acting to moviegoers, and therefore focused on talented actors who could work well together on screen.

Furthermore, regarding the film's content, only the plot details have been revealed: "Every mystery, every drama is bigger, the tension is greater, and the connections are more complex." The producers also introduced a unique Halloween photo series inspired by the red moon (also known as the blood moon) and disco balls, evoking the image of a trendy yet haunting party.

Blood Moon Feast 8 , distributed by Lotte Entertainment Vietnam, is scheduled to premiere on April 30, 2026.
