Mobilizing resources to best serve the people

On the afternoon of October 30, Working Group No. 10 of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, led by Comrade Hoang Nguyen Dinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, supervised the implementation of Plan No. 249-KH/UBKTTW dated July 24, 2025, of the Central Inspection Committee at the Party Committees of Tan Khanh Ward and Tan Hiep Ward.

Reporting at the working session, leaders of the two localities said that immediately after the establishment of the ward, the ward Party Committee focused on leading and directing the political system to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the leadership and direction documents of the Central Government, the City Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

In particular, the focus is on the contents related to the arrangement and operation of two-level local government; perfecting the organizational apparatus, arranging the team of cadres, civil servants, and non-professional workers to ensure stability and smoothness in performing public duties and serving the people.

The Party Committees of Tan Khanh and Tan Hiep wards promptly issued specific documents and developed action plans suitable to local practical conditions; directed Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to organize extensive study and propaganda to cadres, party members and people, creating high unity in awareness and action throughout the political system.

The leaders of the two wards also made recommendations to the monitoring team on a number of issues related to information technology infrastructure, public service software; information technology human resource training plan, digitalization work; staffing, job positions; working facilities, etc.

In his concluding remarks at the working session, comrade Hoang Nguyen Dinh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the leaders and civil servants of Tan Khanh and Tan Hiep wards so that the two-level local government could operate smoothly.

Because the two localities have a large population, he requested the leaders of the two localities to mobilize forces to gradually help the digital transformation work change for the elderly and workers in boarding houses. How to best serve the people, help people see the superiority of the 2-level local government model.

Comrade Hoang Nguyen Dinh affirmed that the monitoring team will record all recommendations from the two wards to report to superiors and soon have a solution to resolve the problem.

Tan Khanh Ward Party Committee has 52 grassroots party organizations under its management, with 1,553 party members. Tan Khanh Ward has more than 152,000 people. Tan Hiep Ward has more than 147,000 people, has 32 grassroots party organizations with 871 party members.
