Cancel the 10,500 drone light formation show tonight (May 1)

This is a performance that perfectly combines modern technology and stage art to create a unique experience. As in previous rehearsals, 10,500 drones painted vivid images recreating important historical moments. The use of drone technology is a new way to recreate history, clearly demonstrating the strong development of Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam in general.

From the old schedule of performing on the evening of May 1, the organizers changed it to allow 10,500 drones to fly on the evening of April 30. To watch this performance, people and tourists flocked to the central area, along the Saigon River to choose a convenient seat to admire.

However, during the event, widespread interference occurred, posing a risk to flight safety, so the performance had to be stopped midway. According to information from the Organizing Committee, the flight demonstration program on the evening of May 1 was also canceled.
