Krong Nang District: Training digital signatures for school units

On September 26, the People's Committee of Krong Nang district organized a training course on digitally signing documents and creating archives on Idesk software for schools.

The training course was attended by more than 180 students who were principals, vice principals, IT teachers, and secretaries from 60 primary, secondary and high schools in the area.

Trainees were introduced by specialists from the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Culture and Information, the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee of the district on basic contents related to the use of digital signatures; instructions on installation and use of the integrated one-stop online public administrative service system of Dak Lak province (Idesk system); the process of signing documents on the Idesk system; creating digital signature templates, practicing digital signatures on electronic documents; how to enter incoming and outgoing documents for school clerical work, how to receive documents and deploy documents, instructions on clerical work on entering incoming and outgoing documents, stamping and creating archives on Idesk...
