Y Luc Ro Ong (born in 2001, M'nong ethnic group, in Bong Krang commune, Lak district) is the son of Major Y Tong Eban (an officer working at the Lak District Military Command). Y Luc Ro Ong has congenital polio, his life is a series of days associated with difficulties and requires special care.

This year, at the age of 24, Y Luc's body is still like that of a small child, his limbs are cramped, every movement is extremely heavy, he cannot walk by himself. His intelligence is also not as developed as his peers.

Representatives of the Binh An volunteer group, along with officers and members of the Political Department, visited and gave gifts to support the family.

The family's situation was very difficult because all the household activities and expenses depended on Major Y Tong Eban's salary. Y Luc Ro Ong's mother had to take care of her children so she could not do any work to earn more income.

Recently, on the evening of May 3, Major Y Tong Eban's father passed away. Because he was busy with his father's funeral, he left his two brothers Y Luc Ro Ong at home. Because the younger brother accidentally lit a candle but forgot to turn it off before going to bed, the candle fell on the study table and spread to where Y Luc Ro Ong was sleeping, causing him to be severely burned. Luckily, he was discovered in time so his life was not in danger.

To help the family, the Binh An Charity Group called on individuals and groups to join hands to support the family with a total amount of 11 million VND. The Women's Union of the Political Department also gave gifts to encourage the family to overcome adversity.
