Accordingly, at around 7:30 p.m. on June 7, Nguyen Van Cong (born in 1983, residing in Mit Kom 1 village, Ia O commune, Ia Grai district) used a boat to go fishing on the Po Co river in Mit Kom 1 village, and did not return until morning. His family reported the incident to the police and the People's Committee of Ia O commune.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Commune People's Committee directed the Commune Police to coordinate with other departments to send forces to the scene, and with local people to check and search the suspected areas. However, up to now, no information related to Mr. Nguyen Van Cong has been found. Currently, the functional forces are still continuing to expand the search area.
