On November 5, 2025, at the 14th Conference, the 13th Party Central Committee elected Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee to join the Central Inspection Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the 13th Party Central Inspection Committee.
