Attending the conference, cadres and party members listened to the leaders of Thanh Hoa province thoroughly grasp the core content and new points of the 3 resolutions, 3 directives, 6 conclusions, and 2 regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee, which have just been issued. Especially the Resolutions: No. 70-NQ/TW "on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045"; No. 71-NQ/TW, issued on the same day, August 22, 2025, "on breakthroughs in education and training development"; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 8, 2025 of the Politburo "on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care, and improvement of people's health"; Conclusion No. 192-KL/TW dated September 19, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat "on implementing the law on decentralization, delegation of power, and determination of authority when operating two-level local governments"; Directive No. 52-CT/TW dated October 3, 2025 of the Secretariat "on implementing universal health insurance in the new period"...

Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Trinh Tuan Sinh requested Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies and units to continue directing, organizing the study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat to cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers; proactively develop plans and organize extensive propaganda of the Party's policies, ensuring suitability for each target and region, promoting the effectiveness of propaganda on digital platforms and social networks.

At the same time, Party committees and organizations at all levels urgently direct the concretization of resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations of the Central Committee, programs, and implementation plans of the Provincial Party Standing Committee into specific programs, plans, projects, and tasks of localities and units, with clear assignment, division of tasks, and implementation roadmaps, ensuring closeness to reality and feasibility in organization and implementation.

Concretizing the three breakthrough resolutions of the Politburo, the Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee noted that Resolution No. 70 "On ensuring national energy security to 2030, with a vision to 2045" must be associated with concretizing the goal of "striving for Thanh Hoa to become the energy center of the country"; setting out tasks and solutions to develop the power infrastructure system, calling for and attracting investment in power source projects according to the plan, effectively implementing mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of solar power and renewable energy.

Deeply and fully aware of Resolution No. 71 "On breakthrough in education and training development", consistently implementing the viewpoint that education and training is the top national policy, deciding the future of the nation. Focus on setting out goals, tasks and solutions to ensure enough schools, enough classes, enough teachers; focus resources on implementing the construction of inter-level primary and secondary boarding schools in border communes, meeting learning needs; strongly innovating education management and administration on the basis of applying information technology and digital transformation; building and training human resources, especially high-quality human resources, meeting development goals by 2030, Thanh Hoa is among the leading provinces in the country.

With Resolution No. 72 "On some breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health", it is necessary to identify the protection, care and improvement of people's health as the goal, the driving force, the top political task, holding a priority position in development strategies and policies, and the responsibility of the entire political system, of the whole society and all people. Accordingly, it is necessary to set out goals, tasks and solutions to promote the movement of the entire people to proactively take care of their health and build a culture of health.
