Previously, on the night of August 5, a tornado swept through Son Tho village, Son Thanh commune, blowing off the roofs of 15 households and a petrol business, and breaking two power poles on feeder 472/A20, causing 542 local households to lose power from the night of August 5 until now.

To overcome this problem, from the night of August 5, Dak Lak Electricity Company sent forces to inspect, grasp the situation and handle initial tasks to ensure safety for people and equipment.

Right from the morning of August 6, the Tay Hoa and Dong Hoa Electricity Management Team sent 30 workers with many equipment and motorbikes to urgently replant new electric poles to replace broken poles, install beams, pull wires, and expect to turn on electricity again for people to use at around 5:00 p.m. the same day.
