Because she went out to eat quite late, the Japanese female tourist prioritized eating places near the hotel for convenience.

She stopped by a sidewalk restaurant not far away, located at the beginning of a small alley on Hang Voi Street (Hoan Kiem District) to enjoy duck vermicelli.

“A delicious dish with hot broth can help me feel better both mentally and physically after a tiring day of getting wet in the rain while visiting Ha Long Bay,” said Shiori.

At the restaurant, she ordered a serving of duck vermicelli for 40,000 VND, including duck meat, bamboo shoots, blood, served with thick sweet and sour dipping sauce and herbs (dog basil, coriander).

Although she didn't know exactly what this dish was, Shiori was quite impressed because the broth had a light flavor that "seeped into the body" and the herbs were "spiky but delicious".

The female tourist commented that when seasoned with spices and some herbs, the duck vermicelli dish becomes more attractive.

She continuously enjoyed the food and noticed a clear improvement in her health and spirit.

Shiori admitted that she didn't think she could find a dish that could help her overcome fatigue so miraculously. Her body felt restored, relaxed, and healthier right after eating it.

To express her satisfaction and love, the Japanese female YouTuber also used translation software to tell the restaurant owner that duck vermicelli "is the best dish in the world".

It is known that during her time in Hanoi, Shiori also had the opportunity to taste many other delicious dishes such as cassava sweet soup, bread, old town donuts, pancakes, coconut coffee, etc.
