Opening of training course on knowledge, leadership and management skills

(HBĐT) - On September 20, at the Provincial Political School, Regional Political Academy I, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee organized the opening ceremony of a training course on knowledge, leadership and management skills according to Project No. 10-DA/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on building a team of female cadres, young cadres, and cadres from ethnic minorities in Hoa Binh province, period 2022 - 2025, orientation to 2030. Comrade Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and delivered a speech.

The training course was held from September 20 to October 17, 2023. The class had 106 participants, including female cadres, young cadres, and outstanding ethnic minority cadres, selected through two rounds of competition under Project No. 10.

Trainees will be taught, exchanged and discussed by lecturers of the Regional Political Academy I and provincial reporters on 31 topics on theoretical foundations; leadership, management and practical operating skills, such as: building and perfecting socialist democracy to ensure the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise and people benefit" today; training the working style of the team of leaders and managers according to Ho Chi Minh's thought; risk management and suggestive experiences to manage development goals... Between topics, students will discuss and practice. At the end of the course, students will conduct practical research and write a report.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Supplementing and updating knowledge for the staff to improve their qualifications, political capacity, leadership and management thinking... is extremely necessary. With many very important, practical and useful contents, the class will contribute to fostering the methodology and application of leadership and management skills, building thinking and vision in leadership methods, direction and organization of task implementation for the trainees.

In order for the training course to achieve its goals and requirements, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested: The Steering Committee and the Class Executive Committee should uphold their responsibility for management and operation; assign specific tasks, unify direction, and fully prepare conditions to organize the training course according to the plan, schedule, rules, and regulations. Trainees should uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly follow the training course regulations; actively study, research, and accumulate new knowledge; proactively connect and apply theories and knowledge from lectures to their work, localities, and units. Exchange and share experiences, discuss unclear issues, especially new and difficult issues and obstacles directly related to the implementation of tasks in localities, agencies, and units, in order to create high unity in perception and action, contributing to improving leadership, management, and operation capacity, meeting the requirements of Project 10.
