Ha Long Carnival is one of the special events in the series of activities of Ha Long Summer Tourism Week 2025.

The Ha Long Carnival 2025 program consists of 3 chapters, recreating and conveying the unique cultural features of Quang Ninh to a large number of people and tourists, including: Ha Long Heritage - Brilliant Wonder; Quang Ninh - Heritage within Heritage; Integration with Five Continents - Shining Pioneer.

The performances demonstrate the spirit and generosity of Quang Ninh people, who always strive to contribute and contribute to building an increasingly rich and civilized country. At the same time, they help visitors discover the beauty of Quang Ninh, where majestic nature blends with unique cultural values.

Ha Long Carnival also has a parade of model cars combined with art performances and costumes typical of Carnival. DJ performances with a large-scale stage design, gathering a large number of actors, artists and people, tourists join in the vibrant electronic music party. High-altitude fireworks display brings visitors an interesting experience.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son, Vice Chairman of Ha Long City People's Committee, said: "This is also the last carnival that Ha Long City will organize, when from July 1, the district-level administrative units will end their activities. For the first time, Ha Long Carnival is not only the pride of Quang Ninh but also becomes a place to gather intangible heritages from all three regions, honoring national identity on the background of world natural wonders.

Each performance, each festival color is a heritage story, creating "heritage within heritage". It shows intangible cultural heritages recognized by UNESCO such as: Binh Lieu Then singing, Royal court music, Central Highlands gongs, Co Doi Thuong Ngan, Don Ca Tai Tu...

According to the organizers, Carnaval 2025 uses modern technology. The performances and scenes in the program are expressed in the language of contemporary art, with mapping, lasers, light shows, and cutting-edge technology effects, creating a festival space that keeps up with world trends.

Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: "Every year at this time, my family goes to Quang Ninh to travel and watch Canarval. The program is very elaborate, magnificent and interesting.

Ha Long has beautiful scenery and an improved tourism environment, good transport infrastructure. However, the service needs to be improved, more professional and the tourism infrastructure also needs more investment. We will also visit many other tourist attractions in Quang Ninh during this holiday."

In 2025, Quang Ninh aims to welcome 20 million visitors, including about 4.5 million international visitors. Tourism stimulus programs will help attract visitors to Quang Ninh and realize the above goal.
