Opening of the men's and women's football tournament for the Ben Cat City Labor Federation Cup

(BDO) The Ben Cat City Labor Federation (LBF) has just coordinated with the Ben Cat City Culture, Sports and Broadcasting Center to organize a men's and women's football tournament for the Ben Cat City LLB Cup 2025 to create a playground for cadres, union members and workers in the area.

The organizers presented souvenir flags to the teams participating in the tournament.

This year's football tournament has 31 participating teams, including 20 men's teams and 11 women's teams from grassroots trade unions under the Ben Cat City Labor Federation.

The competing teams are divided into 3 groups: Administrative agencies and communes and wards; schools; and businesses under affiliated grassroots unions.

The tournament applies 5-a-side football rules for women and 7-a-side football for men. The competition period takes place from April 26 to May 17, held every Saturday and Sunday.

The tournament is held every Saturday and Sunday, creating a playground for cadres, union members and workers in Ben Cat City.

This is also an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and respond to Workers' Month 2025.
