Opening of civil servant promotion exam, promotion of administrative officials to senior specialists

On the morning of May 15, at Vinh Phuc College of Economics and Technology, the Council for the examination to promote civil servants and administrative officials to senior specialists held the opening ceremony of the examination to promote civil servants and administrative officials to senior specialists in 2023.

Comrade Vu Chi Giang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Examination Council attend the opening ceremony and directly direct the exam.

This year's civil servant promotion exam , to promote administrative officials to senior specialists, had 365 candidates participating , including 276 civil servants and 89 public employees. In addition to provincial officials, civil servants and public employees, the exam also had 23 civil servants and public employees from a number of other ministries, branches and provinces participating.

To participate in the exam, each candidate will have to take 3 exams: Foreign language, general knowledge and professional skills. In which, the foreign language and general knowledge exams are multiple choice tests on computers. The professional skills exam is presented in the form of a written exam. This is the first exam in the province to organize 2 multiple choice tests and grade directly on computers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Chi Giang emphasized: This is an important exam to create resources and improve the quality of the province's staff, civil servants and public employees.

At the same time, it helps ensure the rights and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees of the province; serves as a basis for arranging staff in accordance with professional qualifications and skills according to job position requirements, ensuring the proportion of civil servant ranks and professional titles of public employees of each agency and unit.

Through the exam, each cadre, civil servant and public employee will have the opportunity to evaluate themselves and have the conditions to equip themselves and update their general knowledge system, professional knowledge and skills.

This year's exam has many new features, with a large number of candidates taking the exam. Therefore, to ensure that the exam takes place safely and in accordance with regulations, impartially, objectively, and achieves the highest results, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Chi Giang requested the Examination Council, the Examination Supervisory Board, the Examination Invigilator Board, the Marking Board, the Examination Marking Board and the Examination Council's Support Teams to promote a high sense of responsibility, strictly implement the regulations, rules, and exam organization plan, and ensure the successful completion of the tasks assigned by the Examination Council.

To ensure facilities for the exam, comrade Vu Chi Giang requested Vinh Phuc College of Economics and Technology to pay attention; the Facilities Subcommittee regularly checks and reviews to create the most favorable conditions for the Examination Council and candidates participating in the exam.

For candidates taking the exam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Chi Giang requested to carefully review the information and instructions of the Examination Council; promptly report to the Examination Council and the exam supervisor any remaining problems; strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the exam ; and strive to achieve the best results.
