Opening of the painting exhibition "Sí tử 2": An artistic journey to support exam season

On the afternoon of June 18, the opening ceremony of the “Si Tu 2” painting exhibition took place successfully at the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, Hanoi. The exhibition is not only an artistic event but also has a profound meaning to encourage and motivate the students before the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam.

The exhibition displays more than 70 works by 23 authors from the two departments of Applied Watercolor and Art Anatomy of Nhau Studio, showing unique perspectives on the image of students during the exam season. In addition to the displayed works, the exhibition also organizes professional talkshows on weekends, as well as interesting workshops throughout the event such as: hat painting, lego printing, watercolor painting.

The exhibition “Sí tử 2” is a continuation and development of the exhibition “Sí tử” first held in 2024, the authors still take inspiration from the image of high school students studying for exams. However, the works are presented from new perspectives, content and forms.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Linh - representative of the organizing unit, co-founder of Nhau Studio shared that, “The preparation process for the exhibition “Sí tử 2” was a long journey. After the first “Sí tử” exhibition in 2024, we have learned from our experiences and wish to improve more at the next exhibition. This year, we are really proud of what is being displayed at the exhibition “Sí tử 2”.

Director of the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, Mr. Le Xuan Kieu shared, “The exhibition “Si tu 2” is a continuation of the success of “Si tu 1” in 2024. This year, the exhibition was prepared more elaborately with the participation of many artists. With many creative activities, the event not only brings a rich artistic experience, the exhibition is also a profound spiritual encouragement for the students who are preparing to enter the important exam.

The highlight of this year’s exhibition is the experience area called “The Path of the Scholar” , designed as a complex of many different experience and interaction corners, simulating the journey of a scholar from the time he starts choosing a career until he enters the exam room. Areas such as “Career selection corner”, “Knowledge memorization area”, “Carp jumping over the dragon gate”, “Simulated exam room”, “Wishing tree”… bring realistic and close perspectives.
