The gravel road halfway up Ta Pua Pass (Duc Phu Commune, Tanh Linh District) is quite crowded on weekends. I didn’t understand why, but Nguyen Long Hai, a local of Duc Phu who went with us, explained: “On weekends or holidays, many people from Lam Dong , Lac Tanh or Duc Linh… often come to Mua Bay waterfall to have fun and sightsee.
From the asphalt road of Ta Pua Pass, go about one kilometer to reach the beautiful waterfall cluster in Duc Phu, of which Mua Bay waterfall is the farthest, but the waterfall scene is extremely attractive. Looking at the top of the waterfall, which is more than 100 meters high, is a vast green forest, a waterfall pouring down on large white rocks, tiny water droplets flying far away, covering a large space like fog. Mr. Long Hai shared more: "In the dry season, the waterfall flows down gently, the dark brown rocks become white, the lake water at the foot of the waterfall is clear and cool, but in the rainy season, the waterfall becomes strong and roaring. The water here never stops flowing, so a large area around the waterfall always feels like it is covered in fog, looking so poetic...".
Coming here, I saw how majestic the Mua Bay waterfall was. The unforgettable impression on us was that nature here had created a beautiful landscape; the air was fresh and cool. When we entered the waterfall, our hair was dry, but when we left it, it was wet because of the water jets… Now I understand that is what the locals call the Mua Bay waterfall!
Another interesting thing is that every visitor to the waterfall takes pictures of the waterfall with their mobile phones. But taking a satisfactory picture is not easy at all. Because if you do not press the shutter quickly, the water jets from the waterfall will cover the lens. Only professional and experienced photographers can hope to have beautiful pictures when standing in front of the Bay Rain Waterfall.
However, the concern is that the Mua Bay waterfall area seems to be pristine, the gravel road to the waterfall is still bumpy, with many bushes and narrow roads making it difficult to travel. Therefore, to create an attractive destination for tourists , the local government needs to invite investors to upgrade the traffic infrastructure to make it easier to get in and out and ensure the safety of visitors to admire the Mua Bay waterfall.
The passing afternoon rain made the Ta Pua mountains and forests even greener, the cool air covered the entire forest!.
