(Chinhphu.vn) - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 91/CD-TTg dated June 18, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the explosion at a house at No. 08 - TT35 Van Phu urban area, Phu La ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city.

Telegram sent Minister of Public Security ; Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee.

The telegram stated: At about 5:00 p.m. on June 17, 2025, an explosion occurred at a house at No. 08 - TT35 Van Phu urban area, Phu La ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city, killing 02 people. On behalf of the Government, the Prime Minister sent his condolences to the relatives and families of the victims and gave the following instructions:

The Hanoi People's Committee directed to organize thoughtful visits, timely encouragement, material and spiritual support, and create the best conditions to help stabilize the lives of the victims' families; closely coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to promptly investigate the cause of the explosion; strictly handle violations (if any) according to the provisions of law. Propaganda and mobilize people to strictly comply with the provisions of law on the management of weapons, explosives, management and use of fireworks; proactively prepare plans to prevent and fight fires and explosions in the area, especially during the current hot weather./.
