According to initial information, at around 7:35 a.m. on June 13, due to the impact of storm No. 1, heavy rain and a strong tornado blew off a corrugated iron roof of a house. The roof was then blown around the house and onto the 35kV double-circuit line 381; 383 E18.5 (in Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province ), causing 5 electric poles to fall and crack from pole 07-11 of the main axis of the 35kV double-circuit line 381; 383 E18.5.

The incident caused power outages for thousands of customers in the Vung Ang - Ky Loi Port and Tay Yen - Ky Thinh areas (Ky Anh town).
Immediately after learning of the incident, Ha Tinh Electricity Company quickly mobilized forces, vehicles, materials, and equipment to be present at the scene to focus on troubleshooting.

At the same time, using a system of spare materials and equipment, especially precast medium voltage pole foundations..., a plan to handle situations when storms, floods, and tornadoes occur close to the actual management and operation area, promptly dropping new precast foundations, erecting poles, installing beams, pulling power lines...
It is expected that on the evening of June 13, Ha Tinh Electricity Company will try to fix the problem, ensure safety, and restore power to customers.
