Urgently implement adjustments to the general planning for construction of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board to receive the opinions of the Ministry of Construction in Official Dispatch No. 543 dated February 7, 2025; organize the implementation of the task and project to adjust the overall master plan for the construction of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone to ensure consistency with related plans, in accordance with the land use targets of Quang Nam province allocated by the Prime Minister.

The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Prime Minister for approval of the adjustment of tasks and the Master Plan of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone in accordance with legal regulations. The People's Committees of districts and cities: Thang Binh, Nui Thanh, Tam Ky shall proactively and actively coordinate with the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province and the Department of Construction in the process of preparing documents to adjust the Master Plan of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.
