According to delegate Nguyen Huu Thong, the workshop is a prestigious scientific forum for Party, State, and National Assembly agencies at the central and local levels, along with experts, scientists, and managers to exchange and summarize the 80-year history of formation and development of the Vietnamese National Assembly from the Tan Trao National Congress in 1945 to the present-day National Assembly.

Through this, we have a comprehensive and systematic view, both consolidating the theoretical basis and drawing valuable lessons for the future development of the National Assembly.
