Strengthening exchanges between the Vietnam and Poland Parliamentary Friendship Group

At the meeting, Vice President of the Vietnam - Poland NSHN Group Nguyen Van Than was pleased to see that the Vietnam - Poland relationship has developed positively in recent times. Political trust has been increasingly enhanced through meetings and contacts between the two countries' senior leaders.

The Vice President of the Vietnam - Poland NSHN Group also stated that the visit of Polish MP Mariusz Kaluzny has special significance on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Poland. The visit also took place at a time when the Vietnamese National Assembly was holding its 10th Session - the final session of the 15th National Assembly term with a huge amount of work, many of which were of strategic significance.

To further strengthen cooperation between the two National Assemblies , contributing to promoting Vietnam - Poland relations, the Vice President of the Vietnam - Poland NSHN Group hopes that the two sides will continue to maintain exchanges of high-level delegations of National Assembly leaders and National Assembly agencies in the coming time; increase exchanges and update information on parliamentary activities of each country.

In addition, we will support and exchange experiences in building and perfecting a favorable legal corridor, creating conditions for the Governments, ministries, localities, businesses and people of the two countries to increase exchanges and cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit; maintain contact, consultation, coordination and mutual support at multilateral parliamentary forums as well as on regional and world issues of mutual concern.

Agreeing with the opinions of Vice President of the Vietnam - Poland NSHN Group Nguyen Van Than, Congressman Mariusz Kaluzny emphasized that the two countries still have a lot of potential and room for development, especially in the fields of trade, culture, education and training, science and technology.

Congressman Mariusz Kaluzny also hoped that the cooperation between the two countries' National Assemblies would be increasingly tightened and developed more deeply; and suggested that the two sides continue to promote regular exchanges and cooperation between the NSHN Groups of the two countries.

Appreciating the positive contributions of the Vietnamese community in Poland, Congressman Mariusz Kaluzny affirmed that Poland always welcomes Vietnamese students to study and research.
