In Tay Nha Trang ward, the flood center in the central area of the provincial capital (where many people called for help on social networks on November 19-20), after the water receded, people from evacuation points returned and quickly started cleaning their houses.

The house was flooded nearly 1 meter deep, almost all the groceries were wet. While pushing the mud out of the house and picking up the cakes that fell on the floor, Ms. Nguyen Thi An, Tay Nha Trang ward shared: It's good that we still have people. I give the wet groceries that are still edible to the neighbors, and throw away the spoiled ones. As long as I clean up the house, then start over.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Group 4, Ngoc Hoi, Tay Nha Trang Ward, when cleaning her house, only kept valuable items. As for her children's books that had been soaked in the flood for many days, Ms. Thanh was forced to throw them away.

“The water was more than 2 meters deep at the boarding house, so everything was wet. When the water receded, we cleaned up so we could have a place to sleep,” said Ms. Thanh.

Therefore, mobilizing human resources to clean up the environment is still difficult. With the amount of waste 3 times more than usual, about 18 tons/day, the company's workers have to work 24/7 to clean up.
