Inauguration of the project to remove temporary and dilapidated houses in Hoa Lu city

On June 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Lu city coordinated with the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Ninh Giang Ward, Ninh Hoa Commune and Trang An Ninh Binh Company Limited to organize the inauguration ceremony of the project to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for 4 households with especially difficult circumstances in the area.

Representative of Trang An Ninh Binh Company Limited presented a symbolic plaque of money to the family of Ms. Tong Thi Que (Ninh Giang ward).

Four new houses were handed over to the households of Ms. Tong Thi Ngan, Ms. Tong Thi Que, Ms. Bui Thi Giap (Ninh Giang ward) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao (Ninh Hoa commune). Previously, these households lived in seriously degraded, damp, and dilapidated houses, which greatly affected their health and daily life.

Each new house has an area of ​​40-45m², is solidly built, ensuring quality and safety in use. The total cost of building each house ranges from 140 to 160 million VND. Of which, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Ninh Giang Ward and Ninh Hoa Commune supports 80 million VND/house; Trang An Ninh Binh One Member Co., Ltd. contributes 50 million VND/house; the rest is contributed by charitable organizations, individuals and the households themselves.

The inauguration and handover of houses to households in particularly difficult circumstances this time is a practical result of the joint efforts of the entire political system and the business community, contributing to the realization of the goal of leaving no one behind on the development journey. At the same time, this is also a clear demonstration of the positive effects of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses that is being widely implemented in the province.
