Inauguration of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in Tay Ninh

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang emphasized that President Ho Chi Minh was a genius leader of the Party and the Vietnamese people, a national liberation hero, a world cultural celebrity, who devoted his whole life to the cause of independence, freedom of the Fatherland and happiness of the people. He was the beloved father of the People's Armed Forces, the founder, organizer, educator and trainer of the People's Public Security Force, leaving behind many important teachings, especially the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security Forces.

Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's teachings, the People's Public Security force has constantly strived to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party, the State and the People. To express deep affection and infinite gratitude to beloved Uncle Ho, in response to the wishes, feelings and earnest expectations of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors and officers and soldiers of the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Security, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security have agreed to build the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, and at the same time included it in the list of typical works to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; the 80th anniversary of the founding of the People's Public Security Force and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.

Also in the afternoon of the same day, Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of the late Hero of the People's Armed Forces Phan Van Dien (aka Muoi Thuong), the family of Major General Ngo Quang Long - former officer of the Office of the Central Security Department of the Southern Department, former Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police, and Heroic Vietnamese Mother Le Thi Hai.
