On the afternoon of December 27, Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Trang - Vice Chairwoman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council led the thematic monitoring delegation "The situation of law enforcement in the management, use and operation of apartment buildings and luxury apartments in the province" to conduct a field survey at the apartments in the Muong Thanh Grand Nha Trang Hotel project (Duong Hien Quyen Street, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City).

According to the investor's representative, the Muong Thanh Grand Nha Trang project currently has 26 floors, of which the 19th floor and below are hotel apartments, and the 20th to 26th floors are apartments. This project has been in operation since 2013 and 70 apartments here have been granted certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land (pink books). However, since then, there has not been a management board established here; it is unclear how the apartment maintenance fund (2%) is managed and used; the fire prevention and fighting system operates together with the hotel. Currently, there are 45 apartments with residents and they are mainly rented out by the owners.
