Rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals in the fight against and prevention of crime

On the afternoon of May 5, at Vo Tranh commune, the People's Committee of Phu Luong district organized a ceremony to commend 1 collective and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in the fight against crime and social evils.

Recently, through understanding the situation, Vo Tranh Commune Police (Phu Luong) discovered a subject showing signs of illegally storing military weapons in the area.

After reporting to the Provincial Police Director, at 11:50 a.m. on May 4, Vo Tranh Commune Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department (Provincial Police) to arrest two subjects: On Dung Toan, born in 1993, permanent residence in Nam Tien hamlet, Phuc Ha commune ( Thai Nguyen city) and Nguyen Quang Hoan, born in 1993, permanent residence in Dong Sang hamlet, Co Lung commune (Phu Luong).

Seized evidence included 1 AK gun (folding stock type), 1 ammunition box containing 22 bullets, and 1 motorbike.

The entire case file, subjects and exhibits have been handed over by Vo Tranh Commune Police to the Criminal Police Department for investigation and handling according to the provisions of law.
