This is also a practical project to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, term 2025-2030. Mr. Le Thanh Trieu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, attended.

At the ceremony, the Trade Union of the State Bank of Vietnam presented a symbolic plaque of VND3 billion in support to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to build 50 “Great Unity” houses for poor, near-poor and households with housing difficulties in 24 communes of the province. Each house is worth VND60 million.

Mr. Le Thanh Trieu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (right cover) and Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (left cover) received the symbolic board of support of 3 billion VND and presented flowers to thank the sponsor.

Mr. Tran Van Phuoc, Acting Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Branch 15, shared: “For many years, the banking industry has actively responded to the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses . This is not only a charitable activity but also a social responsibility, contributing to the goal of sustainable poverty reduction.”

“Since the beginning of 2025, all officers, civil servants, public employees and workers in the banking industry have contributed one day's salary each to continue accompanying this program. In Ca Mau alone, we have spent 3 billion VND to support the construction of 50 "Great Unity" houses for poor and disadvantaged households, with the desire to join hands with the locality in social security work", Mr. Tran Van Phuoc confided.

Mr. Tran Van Phuoc, Acting Director of State Bank Branch Region 15, shared his enthusiasm at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Trieu expressed his appreciation for the attention and support of the State Bank of Vietnam Trade Union for Ca Mau province. “The houses built are not only shelters from the rain and sun, but also symbols of the spirit of great solidarity, adding motivation for poor and disadvantaged households to stabilize their lives, work and produce with peace of mind, escape poverty, contribute to the development of the local socio-economy and effectively implement the Campaign “All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas”, Mr. Le Thanh Trieu emphasized.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province will direct localities to monitor and urge construction progress, ensure project quality for early handover and use.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, presented the symbolic board allocating houses to the communes.

Representatives of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, sponsors and localities performed the groundbreaking ceremony for house construction at the home of Mr. Nguyen Viet Bac, Hamlet 1, Nguyen Phich Commune.
