Groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the "Great Unity House" for Mrs. Dinh Thi Xuan, Hamlet 8, Thuong Kiem, Phat Diem Commune

On the morning of November 17, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province coordinated with the Party Committee, government, and Vietnam Fatherland Front of Phat Diem commune and hamlet 8 of Thuong Kiem to start construction of a house for the family of Ms. Dinh Thi Xuan, a household with special housing difficulties.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Great Unity House for the family of Mrs. Dinh Thi Xuan, in Hamlet 8, Thuong Kiem, Phat Diem Commune.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Also attending were representatives: leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Religious Affairs Committee (Department of Home Affairs); Social Work Committee, Office (Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee); representatives of agencies, units, enterprises, religious dignitaries; representatives of Party committees, authorities, Front Work Committee, mass organizations and people of Hamlet 8, Thuong Kiem.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province Nguyen Hoang Ha emphasized: This is a practical project to welcome the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province, term 2025-2030; therefore, it will create an exciting competitive atmosphere to welcome the success of the 1st Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony.

The groundbreaking ceremony to build a house for Mrs. Dinh Thi Xuan's family is a practical and meaningful work that demonstrates the precious tradition of the Vietnamese people in the spirit of solidarity, love, "the rich help the poor", helping each other, especially in difficult times. With the wish that Mrs. Dinh Thi Xuan's family will have a solid house and soon stabilize their lives, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels has mobilized agencies, units, businesses, religious dignitaries, businessmen, philanthropists, groups and individuals to join hands to support 190 million VND, along with the family's budget to have more resources to build the project.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the leaders of the Party Committee, the government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phat Diem commune to continue to pay attention, direct, guide, and coordinate with the construction unit, focusing on safe construction, ensuring quality and progress, and soon completing and handing over the housing project to Ms. Dinh Thi Xuan's family.
