Bac Yen has 16 grassroots organizations, with 99 branches and more than 10,600 women members. Ms. Me Thi Hong Diep, Chairwoman of the District Women's Union, said: The unions at all levels have established Zalo groups to propagate, mobilize, and deploy programs and activities of the union to each branch and member. Focus on promoting the potential and strengths of the locality, mobilizing social resources well, creating an environment for members to develop the economy.

From 2021 to now, the association at all levels has secured over 170 billion VND with the Social Policy Bank, helping more than 2,500 households borrow capital, building many effective economic models, such as raising buffaloes and cows for breeding in Phieng Ban commune; a model of women's group growing mangoes in Pac Nga commune; producing clean agricultural products in Hong Ngai commune... In addition, the branches also mobilized members to build funds "Savings of 5,000/month/member"; "Savings of rice jars"... with a total savings fund of over 200 million VND, lending to members without interest. In the period of 2021-2025, the District Women's Union has helped 128 member households escape poverty; donated 30 savings books to orphans; supported the repair and renovation of dozens of charity homes; gave Tet gifts to hundreds of poor women...

Implementing the movement "Women join hands to build new countryside", the Women's Union at all levels has built 5 models of "Trusted Address", 67 community communication teams; 12 clubs of "Leaders of Change" in secondary schools. Implementing the models "One woman, one tree"; "Flower route"; "Self-managed women's road"; "Green house for charity"; "Prevention of plastic waste". Since the beginning of the year, the Women's Union has organized a general environmental cleaning campaign in 16 communes; cleared more than 13 km of sewers; planted more than 1,200 new trees; cared for and renewed nearly 2 km of flower routes; collected nearly 3 tons of plastic waste.

Ms. Lo Thi Chi, President of the Women's Union of Phieng Ban Commune, said: The Union maintains the model "Community Trusted Address"; 2 models of "Green House"; established a community communication team. In addition to regular activities, the Union also organizes communication using mobile loudspeakers, broadcasts in Mong language for women to understand easily, actively participates in keeping the village clean and beautiful, helps poor members build houses, gives rice, and supports breeding animals.

In addition, the association at all levels also established 42 folk dance clubs and many cultural activities associated with heritage conservation, such as: Thai xoe dance, Mong flute dance, brocade skirt making, rice cake pounding competition, fabric pulling competition...

Ms. Mui Thi Nga, a member of the Pe Village Women's Association, Song Pe Commune, shared: The Muong Club was established in 2023, currently has more than 20 members, practicing ethnic dances twice a week; actively participating in exchanges and performances for local events, contributing to preserving the national cultural identity.
