Launching the online contest "Learning about the law on election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies"

The Organizing Committee of the Online Contest "Learning about the law on election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies" has just issued the Rules, officially launching a meaningful playground for Vietnamese citizens aged 16 and over who are living, studying and working in Dak Lak province.

The content of the exam focuses on the provisions of the 2013 Constitution (amended and supplemented by a number of articles by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15), the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13 (amended and supplemented by a number of articles by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15), the Law on Organization of Local Government No. 72/2025/QH15 (related to the election of National Assembly Deputies and election of People's Council Deputies at all levels); the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies No. 85/2015/QH13; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies No. 83/2025/QH15; directive documents of the Central Government and the province on organizing the election of National Assembly Deputies for the 16th term and People's Council Deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

The contest is organized in the form of an online test on the Internet at: https://thitimhieuphapluat.daklak.gov.vn /

The test consists of 21 questions, including 20 main questions and 1 sub-question predicting the number of correct answers. Each contestant can participate in the test up to 3 times during the contest period. The Organizing Committee will use the highest test result of the contestant's test to calculate the award score.

The competition will be held within 30 days from the launch date (expected from October 3, 2025 to November 3, 2025).

The Organizing Committee will award individual prizes including: 1 First Prize (6 million VND), 2 Second Prizes (4 million VND/prize), 3 Third Prizes (2 million VND/prize), 24 Encouragement Prizes (1 million VND/prize) and 6 collective prizes (3 million VND/collective), with Certificates. Based on legal regulations, the results of the Competition and funding sources from socialization (if any), the Organizing Committee of the Competition will consider and decide to adjust the prize structure and prize levels of the Competition accordingly.

The award ceremony is expected to take place in November 2025.

The contest not only creates conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, students and people to access legal knowledge on elections, voters' rights and obligations in the election; at the same time, it contributes to propaganda, creating momentum, and encouraging voters' sense of responsibility for the country's important event.
