On November 15, the Tien Phong Golf Championship 2025 - For Young Vietnamese Talents officially kicked off at Thien Duong Golf Course - Legend Valley Country Club, on a special occasion: the 72nd anniversary of the first issue of Tien Phong newspaper (November 16, 1953 - November 16, 2025).

Speaking at the opening ceremony, journalist Phung Cong Suong - Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong newspaper , Director of the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund, Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized: "For more than seven decades, Tien Phong has not only been a newspaper for the youth, but also a companion, inspiring the aspirations of many generations of Vietnamese people. Today, that spirit continues to be extended on another playground - the playground of will, courage and dedication".

According to journalist Phung Cong Suong, golf is not only a top sport , but also a place to witness the perseverance, progress and fair play spirit of golfers. “It is these positive energies that have become the driving force for the Tien Phong Golf Championship to grow and become more sustainable through each season,” shared the Head of the Organizing Committee.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, nearly 140 golfers embarked on the journey to conquer the Paradise Golf Course - Legend Valley Country Club.
