In the first 6 months of 2023, the Emulation Bloc of Central Agencies has disseminated, thoroughly grasped and implemented the emulation movement in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo on continuing to innovate emulation and reward work. Members of the Bloc have focused on advising leaders on policies and solutions to lead and direct socio-economic fields within assigned tasks. In addition, units in the Bloc have also focused on researching and innovating the content, methods and organization of emulation and reward activities in accordance with the actual situation of the Bloc; summarize, evaluate, and propose timely rewards for specialized content, new models, typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds... At the conference, delegates discussed together with the goal of removing obstacles, overcoming existing shortcomings in the bloc in order to propose solutions to help the bloc operate more cohesively and effectively in the coming time.
