The report at the conference clearly stated: In the first 6 months of the year, the Emulation Bloc has thoroughly grasped and fully and promptly implemented the regulations of the Central Government, the province and the industry on emulation, rewards and the contents of emulation agreements.
Units in the bloc have closely followed the directives and instructions of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council and the Emulation and Reward Board of the Department of Home Affairs to organize, respond to, and launch emulation movements.

Actively organize activities to celebrate major holidays of the year, anniversaries of the unit, especially the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; 70 years of Dien Bien Phu victory; 1100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and 10 years of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage...
Thereby creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, motivating the spirit of cadres and members associated with the implementation of political tasks of each agency and unit.
In the first half of 2024, the Association organizations in the Bloc have paid attention to the work of developing members, the whole Bloc has admitted more than 15,000 new members. The Provincial Business Association has done a good job in social security, mobilizing businesses to participate in supporting the Gratitude and Social Security Fund in 2024 with more than 10 billion VND; the Provincial Red Cross Association mobilized over 13.2 billion VND to support more than 35,000 poor people and people in especially difficult circumstances in the province...
The Association's organizations in the Bloc also conducted a preliminary review of the emulation movement and rewarded groups and individuals who contributed to the Association's movement.
Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of the year, units in the Bloc continue to launch and implement emulation movements suitable to the conditions and characteristics of their units, aiming to build Ninh Binh province into a "millennium heritage city", a creative city, and by 2035 become a centrally-run city; well organize movements and emulation campaigns to celebrate major holidays and important events of the country and the province.
