Accordingly, the Department of Finance requests units to transfer information and asset data of agencies, organizations and units under their management that have been merged, consolidated, split, dissolved or terminated, which have been entered by the unit on the General Inventory of Public Assets software to the new agency, organization or unit after the merger, consolidation, split, dissolution or termination of operations. The Department of Finance also requests units to review all asset information entered on the General Inventory of Public Assets software of the Ministry of Finance , clearly identifying cases where units have been dissolved, split, merged or transferred to a higher-level management agency.

Units must fill in all information in the attached summary table and send information and documents related to the case of unit dissolution, separation, merger or change of superior management agency to the Department of Finance before April 25.

Notably, from April 25, agencies, units, and localities will not access and edit data on the General Inventory of Public Assets software of the Ministry of Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency in the data transfer process.

The Department also requests that agencies, units and localities strictly implement the above content and deadline and take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Up to now, 100% of units have submitted reports on the general inventory of infrastructure assets on the public asset inventory software of the Ministry of Finance, and at the same time, coordinated with specialized departments to check, review and edit (if any errors arise) to ensure progress, efficiency and accuracy.

Quang Ninh province is actively completing the general inventory of public assets invested and managed by the State before April 30, thereby synthesizing and sending it to the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Finance before May 10, earlier than Plan No. 114/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Decision No. 213/QD-TTg dated March 1, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on general inventory of public assets at agencies, organizations, units, and infrastructure assets invested by the State, under the management of Quang Ninh province.

It is known that the Ministry of Finance will lock the login schedule to the public asset inventory software of inventory subjects at 5:00 p.m. on April 30 to serve the work of synthesizing reporting data of competent authorities.
