(DN) - On April 30, Buu Long Tourist Area welcomed 8,000 visitors, an increase of about 3,000 visitors compared to the same holiday last year.
This year, Buu Long Tourist Area has organized many activities to serve visitors during the holiday.

In particular, Du Long Restaurant of Buu Long Tourist Area organized a live broadcast on a large LED screen of the program of the 50th Anniversary Celebration, parade, and march of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting many visitors.

During the 5-day holiday from April 30 to May 4, Buu Long Tourist Area organized a Food Festival with more than 20 booths, serving 100 dishes from different regions. The highlight is that visitors can enjoy dozens of traditional cakes. In addition, diners can choose to enjoy many types of grilled dishes, salads, vermicelli, hot pot, etc.

In particular, chefs from the Dong Nai Province Chefs Association made a giant steamed banana cake weighing 50kg, decorated with the shape of a red flag with a yellow star. In addition, the Dong Nai Province Chefs Association also organized a performance of making fried sticky rice, a specialty dish of Dong Nai that was recognized by the Asian Record Organization as a Culinary Record - Asian Specialty in 2023.

On May 1, the Dong Nai Province Chefs Association is expected to continue making a giant Tan Mai fish salad weighing 50kg. Ticket prices and other services at the tourist area during the holiday remain unchanged compared to normal days.
