Northern region

According to records, the price of live pigs today (November 16, 2024) in the North today remains stable at around 62,000 - 64,000 VND/kg. Of which, Lao Cai and Ninh Binh have the lowest price in the region, currently trading at 62,000 VND/kg. Hanoi and Phu Tho have the price of 64,000 VND/kg, the highest in the country.

The remaining provinces such as Bac Giang; Yen Bai ; Hung Yen; Hai Duong; Nam Dinh; Thai Nguyen; Thai Binh; Ha Nam; Vinh Phuc; Tuyen Quang remained at 62,000 - 63,000 VND/kg.

Central Highlands region

According to records, the price of live pigs in the Central Highlands provinces today also remained unchanged this morning. Currently, live pigs in this area are being traded at 60,000 - 62,000 VND/kg.

Of which, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Lam Dong provinces are trading the highest price of live pigs in the region at 62,000 VND/kg. Binh Dinh province maintains the price at 61,000 VND/kg, the remaining provinces are trading at the lowest price in the region at 60,000 VND/kg.

Southern region

The southern live pig market today also remained stable following the general trend, with prices ranging from 60,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Of which, Can Tho and Ca Mau are selling at the highest price in the region at 63,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities in the region are purchasing at around 60,000 - 62,000 VND/kg.

In general, after increasing sharply, pig prices have been slowing down in recent days.
