One of the highlights of the program is the reportage recreating two victory news broadcasts on April 30 and May 1, 1975. In particular, the news broadcast on April 30, 1975 from the Voice of Vietnam Radio in Hanoi with the voice of announcer Tuyet Mai is the first confirmation sent from the heart of the Capital to the entire nation: "The Ho Chi Minh Campaign has been completely victorious. Saigon City has been completely liberated. The flag of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam has flown on the roof of the Presidential Palace of the puppet government...".

On the evening of May 1, 1975, Saigon Liberation Radio and Television Station broadcast its second news bulletin, from the very place that had just been liberated. It was the first broadcast of the newly taken over television station, with the mission of opening a new era: “This is Saigon Liberation Radio and Television Station, broadcasting from Saigon, greetings to our beloved compatriots… At 11:30 on April 30, 1975, our heroic and glorious city was liberated…”. The two news bulletins have become the leading living media legacies in modern Vietnamese history.

The program “Song of Triumph” also brings the audience attractive and meaningful art performances, such as the singing and dancing performances “As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day”, “Marching to Saigon”, “Liberating the South”, “Forward to the compatriots”, “Hanoi, Hue, Saigon”, “Songs dedicated to Uncle Ho”, “Oh land, flowers bloom”, “Spring in Ho Chi Minh City”, “Vietnam, let us continue”… with the participation of People’s Artist Quoc Hung, Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan, Meritorious Artist Lan Anh, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Dong Hung…
