With the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Creative Culture Agency of Thailand, after consultation and feedback on drafts, the CCCL Film Festival will provide film production grants (up to 50,000 baht per project) to emerging talents in the region who want to tell stories about the impacts of climate change, adaptation and sustainability in innovative ways.

The finished film will be between 5 and 15 minutes long and must be produced in Southeast Asia. The final entries will be considered for screening at the annual Climate Change, Changing Lives Film Festival.

Launched in 2019, the Climate Change, Changing Lives Film Festival aims to raise awareness about climate change through the power of short films. The event also provides a platform for film directors/producers in Thailand and beyond to visualize the impacts of climate change.
