The implementation period is from May 1 to June 30, 2025, focusing on the compliance of organizations and business households producing and trading medicine and food in the province with the provisions of law according to the business registration certificate, certificate of eligibility for business (if any). At the same time, the implementation of regulations related to product labels, origin and origin of goods as well as regulations on listing product prices will be inspected. In case organizations and business households selling modern medicine also sell milk and functional foods, the milk and functional foods will be inspected.

In addition to checking according to the list, the Market Management Teams strengthen the management and supervision of the area, collect information, and monitor fluctuations in pharmaceutical and food products to promptly detect, conduct surprise inspections, prevent and strictly handle violations, especially in retail channels, unofficial agents, e-commerce platforms and on social networking platforms.

The inspection process will combine propaganda, dissemination and legal education to contribute to raising awareness and sense of responsibility of people and businesses regarding compliance with the law in the production and trading of drugs and food in the context that the Ministry of Public Security has just discovered 600 types of fake milk and many types of fake drugs.
