State Audit Office mobilizes and appoints 21 department-level leaders

Implementing regulations on rotation, transfer, and periodic change of positions of civil servants and public employees of the State Audit Office (SA), on the afternoon of September 19, in Hanoi , the SA held a ceremony to announce and present the State Auditor General's Decision on personnel work. Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy State Auditor General chaired the announcement ceremony.

At the announcement ceremony, authorized by the State Auditor General, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel Do Van Tao announced the Decisions of the State Auditor General on the transfer and appointment of 21 Department-level leaders.

Deputy State Auditor General Nguyen Tuan Anh presented the Decision on transfer and appointment and congratulated 21 Department-level leaders who were transferred and appointed on this occasion.

  Deputy State Auditor General Nguyen Tuan Anh gave a congratulatory speech and assigned tasks to the comrades who were transferred and appointed.

Congratulating the 21 comrades who were transferred and appointed, Deputy State Auditor General Nguyen Tuan Anh expressed his hope that the comrades in their new positions will continue to make efforts and be responsible for their work, try their best to immediately approach their work in their new positions, promote the pioneering and exemplary spirit, enhance the sense of responsibility, professionalism and a good image in performing their duties, especially enhancing the spirit of preventing and combating corruption and negativity in each unit to be worthy of the trust and confidence of the Party Executive Committee and the leadership of the State Audit.

In the coming time, the Deputy State Auditor General requested that comrades promptly receive the handover of work, ensuring that the operations of the units are not interrupted. At the same time, together with the Party Committee and the unit's leaders, continue to perform the audit tasks well according to the assigned plan, contributing to building the State Audit worthy of being an effective tool of the State in inspecting and supervising the management and use of public finance and public assets, making an important contribution to the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity and waste.

The Deputy State Auditor General also requested that comrades uphold the spirit of solidarity, resolutely lead and direct the implementation of improving audit quality, tightening discipline, increasing the application of information technology, improving professional ethics and audit quality, and constantly innovating auditing methods and approaches.

The State Audit leaders presented the Decision on transfer and appointment of personnel to comrades holding the positions of Department Head and equivalent.

On behalf of 21 transferred and appointed civil servants, comrade Nguyen Huu Phuc - the new Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region IV sent his thanks to the Party Executive Committee, Party Committee, and Leaders of the State Audit Office for trusting and assigning new tasks and responsibilities to the transferred and appointed civil servants this time.

The new Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region IV said that the transfer work is a regular job, training, practicing, and challenging cadres to become more mature.

“We promise to enhance our sense of responsibility, together with the leaders of the new unit, build solidarity, improve the quality of work, and contribute to the completion of the noble political tasks of the Industry. We hope to continue to receive the attention and support of the leaders of the State Audit Office and the leaders of the affiliated units to complete the assigned tasks” – the new Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region IV expressed./.

1. Comrade Ngo Minh Kiem, Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region VII, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region I.

2. Comrade Nguyen Duc Tin, Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region V, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Office of Region XIII.

3. Comrade Vu Ngoc Tuan, Director of the General Department, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of the State Audit Department III.

4. Comrade Hoang Van Luong, Chief Auditor of State Audit Department III, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the General Department.

5. Comrade Tran Khanh Hoa , Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region IV, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Sector Ib.

6. Comrade Nguyen Huu Phuc, Chief Auditor of State Audit Department Ib, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Department Region IV.

7. Comrade Pham Van Hoc, Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XII, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Specialized Sector Ia.

8. Comrade Nguyen Van Giap, Chief Auditor of State Audit Department Ia, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Department V.

9. Comrade Tran Hai Dong, Chief Auditor of State Audit Office V, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XI.

10. Comrade Doan Chien Thang, Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XI, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region VII.

11. Comrade Truong Duc Thanh, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region IV, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region IX.

12. Comrade Nguyen Duc Sy, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region I, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region V.

13. Comrade Vuong Nguyen Luong, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Office I, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XII.
