The delegation focused on inspecting high-risk foods such as drinks, daily food, food with short shelf life, cakes, jams, etc. At the same time, they checked legal documents such as business registration certificates, food hygiene and safety certificates, food product quality standards declaration documents, periodic health check-up registration documents for people directly involved in food processing, production, and trading, product origin documents, goods, raw materials, food additives, etc.

However, there are still some establishments that do not comply with legal procedures; food preparation and processing areas are not hygienic, food processing tools are not neatly arranged, trash bins are not placed in a hygienic manner, etc. For establishments that violate the regulations, the delegation has propagated, reminded, and handled them according to regulations.
