Accordingly, the delegation inspected the exam sites of Quyet Tien High School and Quan Ba High School. These are also the two main exam sites of this locality. The total number of students registered for the exam at these two exam sites is 499, of which 473 are ethnic minorities.

Through inspection, the examination sites have proactively implemented the exam organization plan in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Examination Steering Committee, ensuring facilities, equipment, camera systems to monitor the examination rooms and areas for storing exam papers and test papers according to regulations. The assignment of invigilators, support forces, medical staff, and security have been carefully prepared, ready for the exam to take place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.

Next, Inspection Team No. 3 worked with the Steering Committee for the High School Graduation Exam of Quan Ba District. Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Van Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the initiative and sense of responsibility of Quan Ba District and related units in preparing for the exam. He requested the District Steering Committee for the Exam to continue to carefully review the stages of exam organization, especially the work of confidentiality, security, safety, ensuring food hygiene and safety, and preventing and combating exam cheating. At the same time, pay attention to supporting candidates in difficult circumstances, ensuring that no student has to drop out of the exam due to economic or travel conditions.

In the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Bac Me district has 433 candidates registered to take the exam, including 429 12th graders and 4 independent candidates. Candidates will take the exam at Bac Me High School and Minh Ngoc Secondary and High School. The total number of official exam rooms is 21.

During the inspection, the delegation worked with the Bac Me District Examination Steering Committee and conducted a field survey at the examination sites in the area. The inspection focused on the conditions of facilities and equipment for the examination, plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety, prevention of natural disasters and epidemics, medical work and solutions to support candidates in difficult circumstances.
Through the inspection, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Van Hung highly appreciated the initiative and sense of responsibility of the local Party Committee, government and education sector in implementing tasks in accordance with the direction of the province and the Ministry of Education and Training. For the 2025 high school graduation exam, Vi Xuyen district has arranged 5 exam sites, a total of 882 candidates with 43 exam rooms. To prepare well for the exam, the district exam steering committee has closely followed and coordinated to strictly implement documents and instructions from superiors on organization work. Directed agencies, units, communes, towns, and schools to set up exam sites to do a good job of propaganda about the exam and preparation work.

Quang Binh district has 30 examination rooms, including 24 official examination rooms, 3 spare rooms, 3 waiting rooms with 527 candidates registered to take the exam. Up to this point, all preparations for the exam have been well carried out by the exam steering committee. Conditions regarding personnel, facilities, means, equipment to ensure security and safety; plans to prevent epidemics and natural disasters; plans to support the exam season... at the 2 examination sites, Quang Binh High School and Xuan Giang High School, have been fully and carefully prepared. Develop plans to support candidates from far away to travel to the examination sites, especially during the rainy season; arrange food and accommodation to ensure that candidates from far away and exam staff are provided.
