Checking the progress of removing temporary and dilapidated houses in Quynh Phu district

The working group inspected a newly built house in Trang Bao Xa commune (Quynh Phu).

According to the report of Quynh Phu district, the whole district has 597 poor and near-poor households in need of financial support to build new or repair houses. To date, 310 households have completed new construction, 132 households have completed house repairs; currently 155 households are under construction. For people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs, the whole district has 284 households eligible for financial support to build new or repair houses. To date, 171 households have completed new construction or house repairs, 110 households are under construction, and 3 households are preparing to start construction.

The working group requested Mr. Duong Xuan Quynh's family, Trang Bao Xa commune (Quynh Phu) to quickly repair their house within the prescribed time.

Through on-site inspections in a number of localities, the working delegation highly appreciated the drastic participation of the Party Committee and authorities at all levels of Quynh Phu district in joining hands to implement the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. The representative of the working delegation requested the district to continue to pay attention and closely follow the grassroots to monitor the implementation process in localities; to allocate funds to ensure the right subjects and time as prescribed; to urge and further accelerate the implementation progress in accordance with the province's direction, ensuring that before June 20, 2025, the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households, near-poor households, people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs in the district must be completed.
