Checking the progress of removing temporary and dilapidated houses in Huoi Luong commune

At the family of Mr. Mao Van Xuan in Huoi Luong 2 village, Huoi Luong commune (a household selected in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses) and the checkpoints, Lieutenant Colonel Truong Minh Duc sent his regards and congratulations to Mr. Xuan's family when they were supported to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. He praised the officers and soldiers of Huoi Luong Border Guard Station for their coordination with local Party committees, authorities, organizations and individuals. Especially the Station's call for and socialization in implementing the movement to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in the commune. At the same time, he emphasized that this is a race against time, competing to accelerate to the finish line to successfully complete the movement to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in the whole province before May 26. Therefore, it is recommended that the Party Committee and Commander of Huoi Luong Border Guard Station strengthen leadership, direction, inspection and supervision of the participation in building and eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for people in border areas with the highest spirit and responsibility.

It is known that recently, the Provincial Border Guard Command has received 400 million VND from the Border Guard Command to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for 10 households in especially difficult circumstances in the border area; assigned and assigned specific targets on the number of temporary and dilapidated houses to border posts (each unit undertakes to support at least 2 houses, maximum 18 houses/border post). It has launched, propagated and mobilized officers and soldiers in the entire force to support a total amount of more than 286 million VND to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province. Up to now, the Provincial Border Guard has contributed 870 working days to help build 168 houses in the border area, contributing with the provincial forces to build and complete and put into use 581/1,995 houses in the whole province. Currently, officers and soldiers of the provincial Border Guard are continuing to coordinate with other forces to build 1,087 houses for those receiving support to remove temporary and dilapidated houses in the border area.
