Strengthening the Steering Committee for restructuring the credit institution system

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed and issued Decision No. 2482/QD-TTg dated November 13, 2025 on the consolidation of the Steering Committee for restructuring the system of credit institutions.

Accordingly, amend and supplement Article 1 of Decision No. 213/QD-TTg dated March 10, 2023 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Steering Committee for restructuring the system of credit institutions as follows:

Article 1: Establish the Steering Committee for restructuring the credit institution system (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee) consisting of the following members:

Head of the Steering Committee: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh

Deputy Head of the Standing Committee: Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc

Deputy Head of the Board: Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong

Members include: Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Chi; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh; Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy; Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham The Tung; Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang; Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong; Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Tu; Deputy Head of the Government Office Mai Thi Thu Van; Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Duc Hien; Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Tien; Deputy State Auditor General Bui Quoc Dung; Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong; Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung.

This Decision comes into force from the date of signing and promulgation.

The Head of the Steering Committee, Deputy Heads of the Steering Committee, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities and members specified in Article 1, members of the Steering Committee for restructuring the system of credit institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision.
