KienlongBank enhances security capabilities with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification

Recently, Kienlong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) officially received ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification - the leading international standard on Information Security Management System (ISMS) from ISOCERT. This milestone marks an important step forward, recognizing the efforts of the Bank's Technology Division in standardizing processes, upgrading infrastructure, enhancing security systems and deploying monitoring solutions according to international standards, creating a solid foundation for the Bank's comprehensive digital transformation process.

KienlongBank upgrades information security management standards with ISO/IEC 27001:2022

With the rapid pace of digitalization, Vietnamese banks are facing great pressure on data security, especially in the Open Banking model, electronic payments and multi-platform API integration. In that context, proactively complying with, standardizing and synchronizing the information security system according to international standards ISO/IEC 27001:2022 has become the top priority at KienlongBank on its journey to become a modern, comprehensive digital bank.

With this orientation, the Bank has completed clearer internal regulations and procedures, enhanced solutions to protect customer data, raised staff awareness of information security and regularly reviewed to promptly improve the system. These efforts help KienlongBank create a safe, stable, transparent and consistent operating environment, thereby bringing peace of mind to customers in every transaction.
