The Kim Thanh District Compensation and Resettlement Support Council has just publicly announced the compensation and support plan for land area, trees, crops and assets on the land to clear the site for the Project to build a traffic route from Trung Kien factory to the intersection in Kim Xuyen commune.

According to initial survey, investigation and measurement, Kim Thanh district will recover 46,520 ^m2 of land from 69 households in Quynh Khe 1 village, Quynh Khe 2, Kim Xuyen commune.

At the public announcement of the plan, the majority of households whose land areas were recovered agreed with the policy of implementing the project. Some households expressed their wish that the implementation of the land recovery, support and compensation policies should be implemented soon, ensuring the highest benefits for the people...

The project to build a traffic route from Trung Kien factory to the interchange in Kim Xuyen commune is invested by the Kim Thanh District Investment Project Management Board with a total capital of 130 billion VND (provincial budget and district budget). The route is 1.3 km long, the starting point connects to the Project to invest in building a traffic route from the District Medical Center to Quynh Khe 1 - Kim Xuyen (near Trung Kien factory), the end point connects to the Project to invest in building an interchange connecting National Highway 5 and the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway.

The road has a 15 m wide surface, with a median strip and 2 roadbeds; speed 50 km/h. The project is currently in the site clearance phase. Construction is expected to start at the end of December 2024.
