Through the victory movement, the armed forces have strived to overcome difficulties and strived to excellently complete assigned political tasks.

Competition closely follows political tasks

According to the report on the work of the International Youth Union in the period of 2019-2024 of the Provincial Military Command, the International Youth Union movement of the provincial armed forces has closely followed the political tasks, associated with the local patriotic youth movement, major movements and campaigns of the Party, State and army, the International Youth Union movement is closely combined with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers".

On that basis, agencies and units build plans, select models, determine content, measures, methods, and new models that are effective. The work of building and replicating advanced models has many innovations and creativity, which are typical examples that have widespread influence, arousing the will to strive and creativity of cadres and soldiers.

As the province's permanent framework unit, Regiment 890 has the task of both training combat readiness, building forces and being the mobile force of the Provincial Military Command.

In addition, every year the Provincial Military Command is assigned the task of training new soldiers and receiving training for commune-level military officers, building and training reserve forces, and fostering national defense and security knowledge for the subjects.

Every year, based on assigned training targets, the Regiment organizes to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement directives, orders, plans, and targets for mobilization, training, and building reserve mobilization forces.

At the same time, coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and resource allocation units to maintain order and effectiveness in the registration, management, inspection, re-inspection, penetration and control of reserve mobilization resources.

The organization fully and strictly receives reserve soldiers, innovates content and methods, organizes training and exercises strictly and safely. According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoang Viet - Deputy Regiment Commander, the quality of training and mobilization of military exercises every year is constantly improved.

The unit is capable of receiving troops, technical equipment, mobilization vehicles, and successfully completing training missions, drills, and combat situations when necessary.

Through the emulation movement, many outstanding collectives and individuals were recognized and rewarded, contributing to encouraging the movement to grow further.

In training new soldiers, the unit's Party Committee and commanders proactively research and plan, propose scientific and practical policies and measures to comprehensively improve the quality of training.

Combine command training with discipline training, maintain good daily regimes, neat and unified internal affairs. Along with that, combine political education and learning in many forms and methods, helping soldiers understand the unit's traditions, clearly perceive their honor and responsibility, and the fighting goals of the Vietnam People's Army.

Promote achievements and promote the emulation movement to grow more and more

The provincial armed forces build trust with Party committees and authorities at all levels in performing local military and defense tasks, and well performing the task of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.

In the coming time, the building of a "lean, compact, strong" army will pose new requirements for the building of the armed forces in general and the work of mobilizing and rewarding in particular. According to Colonel Pham Van Khiem - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, with the goal of building a strong armed forces in terms of politics, ideology, organization, building Party organizations to excellently complete assigned tasks, associated with building a strong and comprehensive "Exemplary model" unit, it requires officers and soldiers to be steadfast, overcome all difficulties and challenges, maintain political security, social order and safety.

Continue to effectively implement the movement "Provincial armed forces join hands to build new rural areas"; "Provincial armed forces join hands for the poor - leaving no one behind"; "Officers and soldiers of the Provincial Armed Forces practice office culture, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the movement "The whole country joins hands to build a learning society, promoting lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030".

At the same time, it is necessary to build and replicate advanced models, arouse determination, creativity, independence, self-reliance, proactively overcome difficulties, and make strong changes in the implementation of the international solidarity movement of agencies and units.

Over the past 5 years, in addition to launching regular training movements according to the theme of the Military Region and the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Military Command has launched 6 training movements in the international training movement, 25 raid and peak training movements.
